岗位职责:
1.通过E系统 和 BO/BI系统及时跟踪各区域销售活动管理（SAM）执行现状，并根据管理层要求推动各区域销售活动管理的应用与改进；
2.根据公司年度策略，有效制定、执行并改进各类区域销售团队激励政策；
3.及时追踪、评估与分析各区域销售团队业绩及趋势；
4.与区域销售团队合作，有效实施公司销售策略，收集区域相关需求反馈；
5.协助渠道管理科、价格管理科、产品管理科和市场分析科等进行数据收集与分析。

任职条件:
1.本科及以上学历；.
2.有3-5 年销售经验者优先；
3.了解相关的销售管理理论和实践；
4.熟悉公司销售活动管理的流程及应用工具（e系统及BO/BI系统）；
5.具备较强的数据分析能力与经验；
6.具备制作报告和演示PPT的经验；
7.具备较强的沟通与协调能力；
8.熟练的英语读写能力，口语熟练者优先。
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and support Sales Activity Management through eLogistics and BO/BI.
2. Drive Sales Activity Management at branches.
3. Monitor and improve sales incentive programs in line with company strategy.
4. Identify, differentiate, and analyze selling trends across different branches of China.
5. Work with regional sales teams to effectively promote company sales strategy.
6. Communicate with regional sales management and collect feedback for requirements.
7. Coordinate with Channel Management to track sales effectiveness.
8. Coordinate with Product Management and Market Analysis teams to organize data collection, E-Log, BO/BI.
9. Support Pricing Management

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 3-5 Years Sales Experience preferred.
3. Understands proper sales management philosophy and practices.
4. Understands sales activity and customer management procedures and systems.
5. Strong analytical skills and experience working with statistical data.
6. Experience in report making and presentation preparation.
7. Strong coordination abilities and proven track record of team leading.
8. English reading and writing required, spoken skills preferred.
