职位描述
1、根据销售目标及预算制定全年营销计划和流量规划，拉动consumer offtake
2、根据月度销售计划、节奏制定推广和内容种草计划（包括不限于图文、直播等）
3、规范活动计划流程，掌握旗舰店活动计划与花费，与销售协同落地并及时收集反馈、回顾
4、熟悉推广工具，了解推广逻辑，管理推广预算，并对效果负责
5、追踪竞品、市场动态，了解消费者，开发新的营销活动、优化推广效率
6、在渠道内落实统一的品牌和价格指引
职位要求：
1.>5年市场营销工作经验，>3年电商经验，熟悉旗舰店渠道，有保健品品类经验
2.市场分析及数据处理能力
3.办公软件，能够熟练操作Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等Office办公软件
4.英文读写良好
