职位描述
主要任务及责任：
1.传给及落实供应商收到及在2个工作日回传采购合同；催供应商按采购合同的交货期交货。
2.整理即将完工的货物、配柜、订舱，通知业务员安排验货，并提前向财务申请付款金额。
3.待业务员完成验货后通知工厂发到指定仓库，并做好跟踪。
4.准备报关相关单据和客户清关相关单据，确保各类手续、单据的准确性和完整性。
5.单证流转控制、存档管理。
6.与客户、供应商、货代公司及第三方检验沟通处理工作事宜。
主要技能及能力：
1.热爱本职工作，勤奋好学且善于学习，工作主动、认真、注重细节、责任心强；有良好的个人组织、沟通能力（口语及书面），有协作精神，思路清晰、条理性强，能承受较大的工作压力。
2.本科学历，国际贸易、商务英语、报关类相关专业，英语需达到CET6水平；英文读写能力强，能够与客户英语沟通。
3.良好且熟练的使用Microsoft2013办公软件。
