1、完善财务管理的各项规章制度，严格遵守财经纪律、法规和各项规章制度，不断改进财务工作。

2、审核有关的原始凭证，并依据会计准则和制度编制记账凭证。

3、全面负责分公司财务会计核算等工作。

4、审核月、季、年度各种会计报表，保证各报表内容完整、数据准确，账表数据一致。保证会计信息的准确、完整、及时。报表审核无误后，装订成册。

5、汇总会计凭证，发现问题及时解决，定期编制总账科目汇总表并进行试算平衡。

6、负责总账的设置，确保附件的充分性、必要性和逻辑性。

7、根据国家税收法规和企业的相关规定，负责按月进行纳税申报、计算、统计税收，编制相关报表、办理相关税务手续。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，财务管理、会计学等相关专业；

2、3年以上相关工作经验，有投资管理公司或事业单位工作经验者优先；

3、熟悉国家会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；

4、熟练账务企业财务软件系统和办公软件；

5、原则性强，为人诚实，反应敏捷，思维清晰，工作积极主动，敬业爱岗。
