Position Summary
The front desk support specialist primary plays a secondary role to cover the front desk of IT client services center, responsible for recepting walk-inclientsandmanagingequipmentloanon a daily basis and play a primary role to be a liaison to deal with cell phone business. The Front Desk Support Specialist will report to the Service Desk Manager. The position’s responsibilities require abilities of independent analysis, communication, problem-solving, initiative and judgment as well as willingness to take initiatives. 前台专员作为第二个主要人员,负责IT前台接待以及IT设备借还。作为主要联系人负责手机事 宜。

Responsibilities
● Play the main role to cover front desk, recept walk-in client, direct them to IT helpdesk specialists for trouble-shooting based on clients’ request 负责前台接待,根据客户需求安 排IT桌面支持人员提供技术支持 ● Process incoming help desk cases in a timely & efficient manner 及时,快速的处理前台事

● Log and respond to issues on the University ticketing system.及时将任务录入派单系统 ● Answer a variety of basic IT questions at the IT front desk. 回复常见的IT问题咨询 ● Perform a full range of circulation desk procedures with an automated circulation system. 负 责IT前台设备借还,操作设备借还软件 ● Support with questions related to the equipment loan services. 设备借还服务问题咨询 ● Provide assistance to patrons with equipment reservation and recommendations 协助处理设 备预订,设备推荐相关事宜 ● Perform equipment sorting and basic maintenance. 设备日常维护和整理
● Manage equipment loan assets and storage space. IT设备的资产管理和仓库管理 ● Knowledge about SLR cameras would have priority. 对单反相机设备有一定的了解 ● As a liaison between China Telecom and faculty members to deal with cell phone business including but not limited to phone bill review, SIM card apply , phone package change, follow up and track the whole process, actively fill in the communication gap and keep all stakeholder on the same page 作为主要联系人,处理教授手机事宜,与中国电信和教授保持密切沟通,电信业务涵 盖但不限于:手机账单核对,SIM 卡申请,注销,电话套餐变更,跟进整个业务流程 ,确保沟通顺畅,使所有利益相关方信息保持同步。
Qualification
● Required Education
Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience , major in English, Management is preferred.
● Required Experience
Above one (1) years related experience as a receptionist / call center specialist. At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in multi-national organization with diverse culture will be a plus.
● Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic Knowledge of windows OS system, printer, WIFI Proficiency in English is a must and native mandarin speaker is preferred Customer focus and ability to manage multi tasks with minimum supervision Self-initiative, proactive, hard-working, good attitude and team player Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure Microsoft excel, word skill is a plus
