     We are looking for eCommerce Manager in one of Rusagro's businesses - Rusagro Oil.

     Rusagro Oil - is the largest oil and fat business segment of the Rusagro group, a producer of mayonnaise, margarines, sauces, ketchups, and vegetable oil. We occupy leading market positions. The products produced by the Oil unit are in demand both by Russian and foreign consumers, we sell in 36 countries. We are faced with interesting and creative tasks, and we invite you to solve them together!

Responsibilities:

1. Distribution development of a new brand of imported oil in the e-commerce channel

1. 负责新品牌原装进口食用油电商渠道的业务开拓和维护

2.Negotiations with platforms (Tmall, Jindong, Ihaodyan, etc.) by distributors, as well as service providers (TP). Development of the optimal operating scheme in the channel.

2. 与电商渠道平台、经销商和运营商（TP）进行对接洽谈。制定新品牌在电商渠道内的合理操作模式。

3. Conclusion of cooperation and sales contracts with sites and distributors.

3. 与电商渠道平台、经销商签署合作合同。

4.Development of sales plans in the channel on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, collection and analysis of current sales data, monitoring the implementation of sales plans.

4. 制定电商渠道的月、季、年度销售目标，进行销售数据收集统计与分析，促进销售业绩增长，根据目标提出针对性的销售策略，并落实执行；

5. Control of marketing budget expenses in the channel.

5. 控制合理使用渠道的营销费用。

6. Monitoring and analysis of the performance of service providers.

6. 控制并分析运营商的操作效率。

7. Development and implementation of marketing campaigns in e-commerce channels as part of the overall brand marketing strategy. Performance analysis.

7. 基于品牌营销规划进行渠道内的促销活动策划，制定并执行，分析其效率。

8. Development of a full-fledged e-commerce team for a period of 1-2 years.

8. 在1-2年内建立品牌电商渠道团队。

Requirements:

任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree (preferably electronic commerce or marketing)

1.本科学历(电子商务或市场营销专业优先)；

2. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with imported food products in the e-commerce channel, especially in the Oils and Grains category (粮油）.

2. 原装进口食品电商工作经历优先，尤其是粮油类的食品。

3. Sales experience in e-commerce (T-mall, T-mall Global, Jindong, etc.) , preference will be given to candidates with established contacts on the sites.

3.有电商销售经验(天猫、天猫国际、京东等)，具有电商平台资源者优先

4. Knowledge of the principles of operation of B2B, B2C e-commerce platforms, experience in organizing events to promote on the Internet;

4. 熟悉B2B、B2C网络销售业务流程，具有互联网线上推广活动组织经验；

5. CET4 or above; fluent in oral English

5. 英语4级以上，口语流利
