职位描述


 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 1. Preparing and posting nominal ledger journals and adjustments to the accounting system 
 2. Maintaining tuition fees and purchase ledgers 
 3. Keeping debtors in good order and liaising with Admissions Administrator to maintain ledgers 
 4. Maintain fixed asset register and low value consumables, ensuring that fixed assets are depreciated according to their useful lives. Conduct timely physical sightings of fixed assets 
 5. Assist on implementing internal control procedures 
 6. Assist supervisor with monthly cashflow forecast 
 7. Assist supervisor in the preparation of statutory reports and management reports 
 8. Supporting management with ad-hoc analysis and reports when required 
 9. Provide significant input to the development of financial planning  
 10. Ensures compliance with local financial and tax regulatory requirements. 
 11. Liaise with external agents as required



JOB QUALIFICATIONS：

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Major in Accountancy

3. Fluent written and spoken English

4. 5+ years accounting experience, ideally in a context that includes international staff

5. Experience of accounting software is advantageous

6. Experience of multinational company/education setting preferred 

8. Independent and responsible

9. High integrity and honesty 

10. Accuracy and attention to details 

11. The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines 

12. Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people and interpersonal skills 

13. Technology user skills sufficient to prepare reports in Excel and Word, and aptitude to operate appropriate databases; e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 

14, Ability to work to tight timelines

15. Able to work long hours and occasional weekends for events
