直接采购专员（直接采购）招聘要求 Requirements for Direct Purchaser

    

工作内容Job Description

    

    

1、New supplier sourcing for direct material like raw material, trade goods (Deco & Industry) & paint cans.

    

直接物料采购新供应商的开发，如原材料，贸易产品（工业漆和民用漆）及油漆包装桶

    

2)  Purchase order place through AX system to supplier, both aboard intercompany purchase and outsourced local suppliers (Deco & Industry)

    

AX系统直接物料采购订单的下单，含集团内部海外采购及本地供应商外购（工业漆及民用漆）

    

3） Direct Purchase material requirement planning make and execute直接物料采购需求计划的制定及执行

    

Set up the appropriate safety stock level against sales history, forecast, safety stock holding willingness & level, lead time etc., to find a balance between cost and shortage risk for best benefit to Tikkurila

    

根据销售出货历史记录，销售预测，供应商愿意持有的安全库存水平情况及交货周期等，设置合理的安全库存水平, 在成本及物料短缺间寻找***平衡从而实现迪古里拉公司利益***化

    

4） Supplier quality problem coordination, handling and follow

    

供应商供应产品的质量问题的协调、处理及跟进

    

5） Supplier Performance Periodic Evaluation, supply risk timely precaution

    

供应商绩效的定期评估，及供应风险的及时预警

    

6） procurement cost analysis, price negotiation against market price tread and purchase volume vary, find balance among quality, delivery and service to get the best total cost of procurement

直接采购专员资质要求 Qualification Requirements

1. 三年以上采购工作经验，有跨国公司制造业直接采购经验者佳。具独立制定物料需求计划的能力和经验3 years above purchasing experience, prefer to have direct purchasing experience in multinational manufacturing environment. With physical experience to make the Material Requirement Planning independently. 
2. 本科及以上学历，采购与供应管理、物流管理、财务管理、化工或相关专业.At least Bachelor’s degree in Purchase and Supply management, Logistics, Finance, Chemicals, or other related fields.
3. 英语听说读写能力优秀者（可以独立跟外国同事用英文沟通）学历可放宽至大专Education degree to be acceptable to colleague diploma for the candidates, who have excellent in English Speaking, listening, reading and writing (be capable of communication with foreign colleagues independently). 
4. 有丰富的直接物料采购经验，熟悉民用及工业涂料者优先考虑 Rich Procurement experience in direct material purchasing, candidates with Deco and Industry coatings purchasing experience are preferred.
5. 具备优秀成本分析、谈判及沟通技巧Good cost analysis, negotiation and communication skill
6. 熟悉《中华人民共和国合同法》及《国际贸易术语解释通则》, 确保与供应商所签订的合同条款条件满足法律法规要求及国际贸易的基础性国际通行规则Knowledge for Chinese Contract Law and International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (INCOTERMS), assure the contract terms sign with supplier to be compliance with Law and Regulations and International Trade Basic rules.
7. 具备供应链端到端运营管理知识和经验（如海关事务、仓储、运输, 及物料需求计划）。Knowledge & experience preferable from supply chain end to end operations (customs affairs, warehousing, transportation, MRP planning)
8. 具有在快节奏，目标明确，时间敏感的环境下工作的经验Experience in performing in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
