Functional area:

• In-charge of VAT issues' arrangement;
• Responsible for full-scope bookkeeping and prepare monthly PRC financial statements; 
• Prepare and declare PRC tax returns on monthly basis (VAT, CIT, stamp tax, outbound payment etc.); 
• Prepare and submit group reporting on a monthly basis ; 
• Prepare and declare government reports like monthly statistics statement required by statistics authority etc.; 
• Annual local accounting work like prepare and submit final settlement for Statutory Annual Corporate Income Tax,  Joint Annual Inspection etc.; 
• Annual group accounting work like reconciliation and IFRS reporting (Semi-annual and annual) etc. 
• Support internal/external audit, all kinds of inspection if necessary; 
• Related documents'  filing; 
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor; 

• Undergraduate Degree holder of accounting or economic-related discipline; 
• Over 5 years accounting experience including GL, AP or AR and FA; 
• Understanding financial reporting system in-depth; 
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Yongyou); l  Good command of verbal and written skills of English and Chinese; 
• With China intermediate accounting qualification will be an advantage; 
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work; 
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines; 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus; 
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives;
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results; 
• Self-motivated and disciplined with team spirit;
