职位描述
Finance Functions
1. Manage Finance in all accounting functions and management reporting of the Company including, but not
limited to;
- Maintain full set of accounts including bank and intercompany reconciliation;
- Ensure integrity of the accounting records;
- Verifying and checking all vouchers at General Ledger Level and ensure Financial Reports are accuracy and
complete;
- Oversee Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Forecast;
- Prepare Monthly corporate tax computation; responsible annual CIT declaration;
- Submission of monthly financial reports to relevant authorities;
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register;
- Ensure accounting records comply with group policies and procedures, local regulations and Singapore
Financial Reporting Standards “FRS”;
2. Prepare and monitor Aged Accounts Receivable, and make sure all AR are collected on time;
3. Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and ensure all BS accounts are reconciled;
4. Involve in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasting; Analyze the budget / forecast deviations and
trending;
5. Lead and supervise a team of accounting staffs (if applicable);
6. Work with external auditors, tax authorities, agencies and banks;
7. Handle ad-hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time
8. All the other works assign by manager
Purchasing Functions
1. Play the role as purchase coordinator to assist outlet daily purchasing;
2. Familiar with local products with reasonable price
3. Understand the purpose of using products to ensure get the right item for spa
4. Prepare all necessary document for further approval
* Quotation with Chop if necessary
* Comparison Chart
* Approved PR
5. Make sure the products ordered to be delivered on time
HR Functions
1. Handles recruitment & hiring process for Spa personnel.
2. Maintains complete, accurate and up to date employee files.
3. Co-ordinates all administrative functions with regard to employee insurance, vacation, public holiday and
sick leave.
4. Administers all employee transfers/movements.
5. Ensures the effective administration of all visa and work permit processing and related activities.
6. Co-ordinates with Corporate HR in dealing with HR matters concerning deployed associates from overseas.
7. Monitor the morale of the associates and advises Department Heads on the status of associate satisfaction.
8. Prepares and submits necessary reports to Corporate HR on time.
9. Ensures a safe and secure working environment.
GENERAL
1. Report for duty punctually, wearing working dress at all times;
2. Maintains high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times;
3. Has a complete understanding of the company’s procedures in respect to health, hygiene and safety;
4. Familiar with accounting procedures and Chinese accounting regulation;
5. Performs any other reasonable tasks as directed by the manager.
