Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager /Manager will join the R&D team to lead the activities of bioanalytical group including assay development and mentoring the team. The bioanalytical group will partner closely with other groups in R&D and support the development of novel therapeutic candidates that would eventually translate into clinical research.

Responsibilities:
1) Lead the activities in establishing and managing bioanalytical group to support all research activities for pipeline development.
2) Work closely with project leaders to plan, coordinate, and monitor the timely execution and completion of various bioanalytical projects.
3) Provide leadership for development, validation and execution of bioanalytical assays including but not limited to viral infection assays, T-cell response assay, binding antibody assay, neutralization assay, cytokine release assays, ELISA, and ELISPOT
4) Supervise and give constructive feedback to the bioanalytical scientists overseeing ongoing projects and facilitate teamwork.
5) Timely provision of data and documentation in reports to support intellectual property filings, publication and regulatory submissions

Qualifications:
？ Education: Master or PhD in Biology, Immunology/ Virology field is preferred
？ Experience: 5 or more years of working experience in Immunology/ Virology field
？ Skillsets: cell culture, viral infection/transduction, ELISA, flow cytometry, binding/ neutralizing antibody detection, ELISPOT, cytokine array, etc., experience in AAV and Lenti-viral vector is a plus.
？ Language: Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, candidates with strong oral and written English are preferred
？ Others: Working collaboratively and independently, high problem-solving capability, self-motivation, and quick learning
