工作职责：
1.通过电话, 邮件等处理来自于车主，分销商，产品团队等咨询的技术或一般性问题；
2.根据各类用户的不同需求，提供合适的解决方案；
3.积极与二级组进行配合，跟踪订单状态，及时反馈信息给用户
4.专业有效地与用户进行沟通.
职位要求：
1.大专以上或相关专业同等学历
2.良好的沟通技巧
3.客户导向性
4.能够适应在压力下工作
5.有团队合作精神
6.基本的英语听说读写能力，英语四级，普通话标准
7.每周至少4天到岗，实习4个月以上
