DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Responsible for managing relationship with channels that are able to generate direct individual patients, act as the customer liaison for the entire Jiahui medical cosmetic services.

2.     Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future sales. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

3.     Developed several channels to generate clients, managed the channel’s expectation and act as the key contact point with the channel.

4.     Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to Jiahui.

5.     Mine customers' needs and identify & communicate requirements with clinical and operations team

6.     Develop sales kit and marketing material content, designing as per requirements and at same time work with marketing team to identify articles or marketing materials that can impact our customers

7.     Clients' experience and satisfaction feedback and discuss with relevant dept. for product and service enhancement

8.     Represent the brand with customers, external partners and building constructive relationships

9.     Drive revenue goals by developing new customers and establishing relationships with existing customers to further explore their needs

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1.      Bachelor’s Degree or above.

2.      Minimum three years of experience working in a channel sales role (prefer Cosmetic Dermatology or Plastic Surgery related sales positions) at a private healthcare institution.

3.      Good relationship building, able to connect with customers

4.      Excellent communication ability.

5.      Detail oriented, able to settle in and focus on task

6.      Independent, able to handle multiple tasks individually.

7.      Self-starter, goal-getter, problem solver.

8.      Upheld the highest level of ethical standards and conduct him/herself in a professional manner at all times

嘉会诊所（静安）是嘉会医疗的***家门诊诊所，位于静安商业区。诊所于2016年4月正式开业，目前开设全科、儿科、皮肤科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、口腔科、心理科等多个科室。

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
