1)      Lead regular Project Team meetings, open issue lists, Program Reviews, and Gate Review Sign-off Process.

2)      Ensure the projects are working to the company procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific agenda

3)      Ensure execution of project deliverables on time, on budget and at correct quality level

4)      Regularly review and update Project Execute Plan, ensure all the activities act according to Neapco process

5)      Assurance that all project risks are properly escalated to project team and if necessary, to Neapco Management

6)      Keep good coordination, communication, and good relationships with Neapco Asia Management and teams, Global Neapco Teams, Manufacturing facility/team and our customers

7)      Direction and control (schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the project management team

8)      Work closely with our manufacturing partner to assure that they follow Neapco deliverables, especially in the eyes of our customers.

9)      Leading the technical audits, customer visits, and project reviews at our China manufacturing facility

10)   Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety act

Expected Skills & Qualifications:

1)      Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering or business administration

2)      Minimum 8 years working experience, at least 3years in program management, preferably in automotive industry and with chassis, structural, and/or driveline products.  Work with western companies and culture a major positive

3)      Proven, successful track record in program management with international teams.

4)      Strong leadership behavior to manage and motivate cross functional team

5)      Excellent communication and negotiations skills, ability to lead discussion and hold presentations with customer, team and management

6)      High level of organizational skills, ability to handle multiple assigned tasks

7)      Good English in written and verbal

8)      Good understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes and documentations

9)      Willing to travel around China (20%) and overseas (5%)

10)   Knowledgeable in program management processes and tools, able to use standard software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
