We are seeking a technical support for life science industry, especially medical related experienced is preferred, who need to develop customers and applications, identify opportunities, evaluate samples, provide customer training and so on. The main purpose is to expand the life science market. This position will be based in Hangzhou China and require business trip.

·           Fully understand the products and technical information in charge and provide pre & after sales technical support.

·           Collect and analyze customers’ requirements. Provide proper solutions to customers and guide customers selecting products.

·           Understand customer technology trend and provide internal guidance.

·           Build relationship and technical trust with customer.

·           Collect competitors’ products and technique development information.

·           Provide product training for sales and customers.

·           Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred

·           At least 2-year working experience in life science, including Pharmacy or Medical.

·           CET-4 or above, good at English Writing, and fluent in spoken English.

·           Strong learning ability and good communication skill.

·           With strong spirit of team work and can work under high pressure
