DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILTIES

Preparing full set of accounting entries in SAP and monthly management reports.
Preparing and ensuring all accounting information in compliance with company policies.
Ensuring completion of close process in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensuring accurate BS accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation process.
Maintaining the records of fixed assets and monitoring the status.
Supporting in product costing and inventory analysis.
Supporting in implementation of accounting and control procedures.
Supporting in annual budget preparation and budget control as required.
Supporting in taxation matters and local statutory requirements.
Supporting in audit of financial statements as required.
Supporting in operational review and ad hoc assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of local GAAP, SOX control and reporting standards/procedures
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP (SAP, Concur) is desirable.
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
4 plus years of experience in a similar role, preferably in MNC
2 plus years of staff management experience.
Chartered Accountancy (CPA) will be an advantage.
