岗位职责：

1、负责线上解答顾客售前疑问，促使顾客下单成交，完成既定销售目标；  

2、负责订单的审核、跟进以及后续物流发货，异常订单备注处理并跟进结果；      

3、负责根据服务规范、退款标准处理顾客售后诉求，提升客户售后服务体验；

4、负责分析客户消费习惯，细分顾客群，定期回访；                    

5、协助检查并反馈页面、商品、系统、快递等异常问题。

 任职要求： 

1、大专及以上学历；

2、熟悉天猫淘宝规则以及相关操作流程，具备良好的销售技能；

3、善于“键盘表达”，打字速度不低于60字/分；

4、遵守公司规章制度，认真负责，工作积极主动，具备良好的团队意识。

5、具备高客单类目或珠宝销售经验优先考虑。
