COE模块：

1. 协助人资总监参与拟订并落实各项符合公司发展战略的人力资源管理项目及制度，协同HRBP为公司各部门提供专业、高效的业务支持；

2. 制定并落实人才吸引和发展策略，为组织的可持续发展建立优秀的人才供给机制，树立良好雇主品牌；

3. 通过人才盘点、绩效考核和薪酬管理等工具，为组织诊断提供依据，推动组织变革，提高公司运作效率；

4. 负责公司文化建设和宣传，保持积极的团队氛围和向上的创业精神；

5. 负责公司内部工作关系的协调，建立良好沟通渠道，及时处理公司管理过程中的各项人力资源问题；

SSC模块：

6. 协助人资总监参与负责SSC项目的搭建及落地执行；

7. 随时链接HRBP了解HR项目在业务层面落地及执行情况以及反馈的问题，并进行实时地优化和提出改进建议；
