工作职责：

    

1. 协助人资总监参与拟订并落实各项符合公司发展战略的人力资源管理项目及制度，同时负责所BP的部门相应制度及项目流程的落地执行及监督；

    

2. 承载所BP部门及组织的发展中的各项人力资源日常工作， 包括招聘、培训、薪酬绩效、员工关系等人力资源工作，确保组织高效有序的运行；

    

3. 通过主动和组织各级人员的的互动及沟通，建立有效和多样化的管道，保证组织讯息传递的通畅及有效性；

    

4. 协助部门负责人做好企业文化建设和雇主品牌宣传，建设积极正面的工作氛围；

    

5. 协助SSC及COE处理日常工作中的其他各项人力资源问题。

    

    

任职资格：

    

1. 本科以上学历，五年左右相关工作经验，有外企或大型公司HRBP工作经验优先；

    

2. 熟悉国家及地区相关法律法规，精通人力资源管理体系，能指导人力资源和行政各模块工作；

    

3. 能适应创业型公司的工作节奏，具备良好的协调应变能力和抗压能力；

    

4. 有良好的亲和力和沟通能力，善于处理各种人际关系；

    

5. 结果导向，有高度的责任感和职业操守，皮实，乐观，自省。
