岗位职责：

1、根据设计方案，完善深化施工图设计；

2、了解和熟练运用各种材质的使用方式和收口关系；

3、对设计项目有整体把控能力，能够在时间节点前完成任务；

4、负责项目推进跟踪，及时沟通调整方案细节，确保整体设计方案效果得以贯彻执行；

5、综合考虑需求与预算，确认项目选用的各种材料；

岗位要求：

1、室内或相关专业，3-5年施工图工作经验，有驻场经验者优先；（商业及酒店项目绘图经验者优先）

2、熟练操作AutoCAD等相关软件，能带领团队独立完成项目的施工图，有方案深化及节点设计能力并独立解决设计施工衔接问题；

3、具备良好的沟通与表达能力，工作主动热情、有责任心、承受工作压力；

4、具有方案深化能力，全面控制施工图出图深度、质量；

5、按公司审图要求审核施工图并解决方案存在的问题
