岗位职责：

- 根据客户需求的定位和预算引导软装需求，整体把控方案；家具、家饰、灯具、布艺等整体软装产品的风格款型、品质，进行整体搭配、方案设计，现场指导摆场，交付客户验收

- 可独立、清晰地向客户阐述自己的设计理念与软装搭配

- 根据客户需求，承担整体方案构思设计统筹及效果审核工作，拟定和检查相关设计人员的具体工作安排

- 定期了解行业、市场软装设计潮流及产品咨询等，做到与时俱进不断的提升及完善个人的专业能力

Job Description

？ According to the positioning and budget of customers’ needs to guide the demand, control the overall programs, including the style, quality and overall matching of furniture, decoration, lighting, fabric and other products, with the overall design, display guidance and delivery acceptance

？ Can independently and clearly explain to customers their design concepts and FF&E collocation

？ According to customer needs, undertake the overall concept of the program design and review the effects. Formulate and check the specific work arrangements of the related designers.

？ Regularly explore the industry, market trend of soft design and product consulting, etc., to keep pace with the times and constantly improve the professional capacity of individuals.
