职责描述：

1. 根据客户需求的定位和预算引导和梳理软装需求，整体负责和把控设计方案，包括家

具、家饰、灯具、布艺等整体软装产品的风格款型、品质和整体配搭独立、清晰地向

客户阐述自己的设计理念与讲解方案，并与客户取得一致

2. 根据客户需求，承担整体方案构思设计统筹及效果审核工作，拟定和检查相关设计人

员的具体工作安排

3. 在产品交付时，参与指导现场摆场，并根据现场的实际情况作必要的优化调整，确保

设计方案的有效执行和***呈现，优化客户体验和***化客户满意度

4.定期了解行业、市场软装设计潮流及产品咨询等，做到与时俱进不断的提升及完善个

人的专业能力

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上设计相关专业毕业（环艺优先），优秀可放宽

2. 3年以上样板房项目经验，能独立做项目；热爱设计行业，吃苦耐劳

3. 具备一定的审美能力
