We are looking for a senior Marketing Manager to join us in need of the growth of businesses of AEROLUXUS. This role will be leading the Marketing & Communication function, creating and implementing marketing strategies under the direction of CEO. The ideal candidate will have a significant experience in marketing with a strong business and commercial acumen. He/she will be a strategic and creative thinker able to translate strategies into actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

·           Set up a marketing and communication strategy to develop, position and brand AEROLUXUS based on the business needs.

·           Build up and work with the team in delivery of initiatives and activities to drive ambitious marketing and sales results.

·           Responsible for managing external communications, programs and market support in all channels including website, media, press and social platforms etc.

·           Define and manage the creation of marketing material and content.

·           Design and recommend pricing frameworks and policies for a variety of categories in coordination with sales team.

·           Prepare reports on forecast and expenditure budgets based on the needs of the business

Requirements:

·           Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or equivalent discipline.

·           Rich experience in marketing and communication functions, preferably in Consulting and Training industry.

·           Good knowledge in Aeronautical and High-end hotel industry is a plus.

·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborative teams

·           Sense of urgency and sound hands on skills.

·           Proficient in English in both speaking and writing.
