负责电商内容营销项目运营，对项目运营数据进行分析，结合公司发展战略发展与品牌需求等制定营销方案，负责方案的执行落地；熟悉淘内外全媒体渠道的规则玩法，对淘内外推广与传播进行把握与有效整合；负责机构、渠道、合作伙伴的维护与开拓。

1.结合公司发展战略发展与品牌需求等制定营销方案，负责方案的落地执行、监督、总结，分析存在的问题并及时优化方案；

2.熟悉淘内外全媒体渠道的规则玩法，对淘内外推广与传播进行把握与有效整合；

3.负责机构、渠道、合作伙伴的维护与开拓

4.负责项目微信、新闻稿等稿件文案的撰写

  

岗位要求：  

1. 2年及以上KOL内容运营或电商运营端工作经验；  

2. 做过网红运营优先、了解淘宝直播者优先；  

3. 熟悉电商内容运营模式，有艺人、主播、网红及平台渠道资源者加分； 

4. 逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能够快速解决问题； 

5. 本科及以上学历， 乐观积极，结果导向，工作负责，执行力强。
