Job Description:

? Cooperating with and consulting the project team on Die Casting from RFQ till Production management

? Supporting Operations and Quality teams in solving complex engineering problems

? Capable to understand product drawings and workout the concept of die casting mold & Process to estimate the product manufacturing cost and mold cost (Other investments)

? Have good knowledge on materials used for Die casting and its applications

? Familiar with die casting process and relevant finishing processes after die casting

? Able to identify and troubleshoot die casting challenges in mold design & process

? Experience in various forms of machining processes related to die casting parts

? Able to set up and implement new process for new die casting parts

Requirement:

? Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (metal fabrication/Tool & die) or equivalent

? At least 10 years of working experience in Aluminium & Zinc die casting, Aluminium & Zinc mold design & manufacturing

? Have experience in using Auto CAD & Solid works

? Having Knowledge about Die casting Machines - Cold chamber, Hot chamber, Multi slide die casting, etc.

? Must Have Experience in NPI, Quality, Production and Process Engineering in Die Casting Field

? Ability to communicate with all the levels of people

? Good command in English in both of written and spoken
