Responsibility 岗位职责：

    

1. 作为集团SAP团队PP模块的专家，负责SAP系统PP模块、及SAP相关外围系统新项目前期调研、现状分析、差异分析、绘制蓝图、编写功能说明书、系统设计、系统测试和上线。

    

Key role of the group SAP team, as expert of SAP PP to cover the module and its integration with other core SAP modules and external system. Follow the full life cycle of project in areas of business process interview, as-is analysis, gap analysis, blueprint preparation, functional specification, system design and configuration, testing and golive support.

    

2. 参与或带领团队交付SAP实施项目、模板推广和优化项目(PP模块相关)，满足中国区工厂及全球其他工厂的业务需求。

    

Participate or lead the delivery of SAP (PP module related) implementation project, template rollout and optimization project to fulfill the business requirement of the manufacturing plants in China and other branches of the group all over the world.

    

3. SAP PP模块日常运维支持；定期地或者在日常问题处理时，收集业务相关需求，分析并独立完成规格说明书编写。

    

Be part of application helpdesk team to support daily tickets handling from end users; Collect periodically the business requirement from the users or receive the requests on daily interaction with users, analyze those and be able to provide solution and complete SAP function specification independently.

    

4. 编制PP模块相关的用户使用手册，培训和指导用户业务操作。

    

Compile PP module related training documents, manuals, and guide user operation.

    

5. 除完成PP模块的其它相关工作外，积极支持IT团队其它SAP模块同事的业务请求，并完成上级布置的其它信息系统相关工作。

    

Besides complete PP module related tasks, provide support to other SAP team members’ requests and accomplish other tasks assigned by the line report superior.

    

    

    

Qualification任职要求：

    

1.  全日制统招本科以上学历，计算机、电子工程或相关专业

    

Bachelor or above degree of CS, EE or related major.

    

2.  5~10 年以上相关工作经验，3个以上完整的SAP项目实施经验，3个以上项目推广或优化经验

    

5-10 year SAP PP related working experience; 3 full cycle SAP implementation projects experience; 3 or above rollout or ERP optimization project experience.

    

3. 精通SAP PP模块的业务流程和与功能配置;

    

Proficient in SAP PP module business process and functional customizing.

    

4. 可独立出具解决方案，编写功能说明书;

    

Ability to provide suitable solution of production planning area and compile the functional specification independently.

    

5. 对ABAP有一定的了解,熟悉ABAP开发者优先;

    

Knowing the fundamentals of SAP ABAP language; experience of ABAP development is a plus.

    

6. 具备良好的项目评估、项目管理经验; 逻辑思维能力、良好的沟通能力协调能力及团队合作精神

    

Good project estimation skills and knowledge of project management; Ability of logic thinking, soft-skills of communication and collaboration; good team player.

    

7. 具有责任心，能承担有压力工作，自我激励，对工作有干劲并保持乐观进取的态度。

    

Strong sense of responsibility, flexible to work under pressure, self-motivated and “can-do” attitude to the work.

    

8. 良好的中英文沟通能力

    

Language: good Mandarin, and fluent English

    

9. 具备离散制造行业经验，有以模具作为主要生产资源的公司的项目经验者优先；同时有咨询公司顾问和甲方内部顾问经验者优先。

    

Working experience in discrete manufacturing industry and project experience in companies which have tooling as major production resource is a plus.

    

Working as consultant in both consulting firm and enterprise IT is a plus.
