Senior Analyst, Decision Science Job Description/Key Responsibilities ？ Build predictive models using big data/AI/Machine Learning for network and banks ？ Identify, evaluate, and integrate new data sources and capabilities into decision-making ？ Analyze large volumes of data to identify emerging credit trends and uncover new fraud patterns ？ Establish Value-Added-Services by partnering with broader AXP organization to develop, sell and deliver risk and information management products, solutions and consultancy as a differentiated network product and solution in the Chinese marketplace Key Technical Skills ？ Advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, or MBA) in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or Computer Science with 3+ years of work experience leveraging analytics and data science to drive business results ？ Expertise in advance machine learning techniques and algorithms (KNN, GBM, XGBoost etc.) to propose scientific, data driven solutions to business challenges ？ Ability to handle large datasets using SAS, SQL, R, Python or another similar programming language ？ Thought leadership and solution-oriented mindset ？ Ability to think strategically and apply both quantitative methods and business insights to drive results ？ Ability to build strong relationships in a cross-functional environment ？ Strong communications and relationship building skills with an ability to develop and deliver effective presentations ？ Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously Certifications / Licenses -Relevant degree engineering, computer science, finance, mathematics, statistics etc.
