Responsibilities:

• Take charge quality of product meet with customer;                        
• Prejudge all production lines quality risk of workshop;                                
• Build product assurance system and standards;                                
• Assure day-to-day adherence to control plans and product drawings;                   
• Audit production, helps incorporation of lean systems, interfaces with customers on issues;                         
• Analyzes PPM and warranty data for continuous improvement;                        
• Utilizing structured problem-solving techniques to solve manufacturing and quality issues;                                                                                                     
• Support root causes analysis in case of defect or deviations            
• Control quality assurance deviations. Key coordinator for non-conformance product to ensure all defects be disposed as correct way and no escaped to customer side,           
• Accept customer complaints, and communicate with customers                               
• Customer complaint handling and drive continuous improvement with 8D methodology.                        
• Complete supervisor assigned other tasks;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in mechanical or automotive engineering
• 8 years plus working experience in automotive components manufacturing enterprises
• Good people skills, project management skills, and critical problem-solving skills
• Familiar APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and ISO/IATF16949
• Good knowledge of SPC, MSA, 8D and problem-solving method
• Good English communication and presentation skills

Education:

·      Bachelor’s degree or above
