Job Description

1.     Follow up the engineering change and identify the cost impact and make proper quotation

2.     Assist the new project development and launch

3.     To win new business and meet cooperate booking and revenue target

4.     Managing the commercial relationship with customers, improve customer satisfaction

5.     Track progress of engineering changes, push VAVE proposals

6.     Support team from other departments resolving issues with customer

7.     Build and achieve sales budget based on company target

8.     New business opportunity management through initial information knowing, RFQ receiving, quotation approval, offering and customers nominating process following up

9.     Commercial aspects of mass production products for the management of selling price, material compensation, currency exchange ratios and so on

10.  Leading role to support project manager on commercial negotiations and clarification with customers, such as design on-cost, tooling payments, prototype orders and invoicing price finalization for SOP and so on

11.  Price negotiation with customer

12.  Coordination between local, global team and customers to make business success

13.  Timely sign and maintain sales documents, price agreements and other customer documents

14.  Manage product prices, complete annual price reduction negotiation

15.  Conduct monthly and annual business status analysis

16.  Calculate and analyze costs to effectively control sales costs

17.  Deliver quotes and assist the pricing and commercial contract negotiation

18.  Manage monthly sales forecast and long-range plans for assigned accounts

Qualification

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in automotive or automotive supplier industry

Good understanding of customer’s requirements and expectation

Working in a responsible and independent way

Fluent in Chinese and English

High morale and good team player

Good knowledge of MS-office
