杭州招聘

1、负责所辖区域终端店铺销售业绩的提升，配合公司完成销售指标的制订并完销售业绩.
2、新店开业时驻店，陈列指导、人员招聘、店员培训、新店开业及活动.
3、定期巡店，考核店铺人员的专业技能，并根据考核情况，制定合理的培训计划，提高店铺员工的业务技能及服务意识.
5、及时关注消费市场和同类品牌动向，并及时向公司提出合理的应对策划方案.
任职要求：
1、两年以上女装督导或两年女装店铺店长工作经验，掌握店铺货品搭配陈列、销售/服务技巧.
2、善于店铺员工培训及指导，对单店业绩的提升有一定的心得和有效方法.
3、熟悉新店开业货品组合、及人员调整等工作.
4、能适应短期出差
