1、负责终端销售的提升、巡查、考核工作；

2、负责管辖门店的销售工作审核和监督；

3、负责维护终端管理流程标准的执行；

4、负责对各区域经销商的销售进行评估、跟踪及管理；

5、负责新拓展区域团队的建立及正常运转前的工作；

6、负责销售、终端信息的搜集和分析工作，完善终端管理数据库系统；

7、负责终端人员展示平台的建设和维护。

岗位要求：

1、两年以上中高端女装销售管理经验；

2、擅长制定、监控终端运营管理规范，对女装陈列搭配有较高的审美能力尤佳；

3、良好的形象气质和亲和力；
