1、负责电商市场渠道的规划、拓展，运用新渠道(微信、抖音）带领市场团队实现公司整体的销售目标；

2、每日监控的数据：营销数据、交易数据、顾客管理、优化店铺及商品排名；

3、协调团队成员，监督客服与美工的工作，推进店铺营销活动，保持网店的正常运作；

4、熟悉天猫平台规则，有丰富的运营经验，有独立带项目经验者优先考虑；

5、完成上级交办的其他工作事项。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，三年以上电商运营相关工作经验；

2、熟悉各网上交易平台的运营环境、交易规则、负责网店的推广工作；

3、熟悉网店运营，各种营销工具，精通网络推广；

4、擅长淘宝C店、天猫、线上直播、等至少一种渠道运营。
