岗位职责：

1、协助总监做好综合、协调各部门工作和日常事务处理；

2、及时收集和了解各部门的工作动态，完成设计部门的方案分配及跟进工作；

3、协助总监管理团队、检查落实贯彻执行工作；

4、协助收集项目所需设计素材，协助完成设计项目售后问题等

5、在总监领导下负责管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实；

4、跟进落实公司会议、专题研讨会议等公司会议纪要；

6、总监安排的其他工作

岗位要求：

1、有大型设计公司或是装修公司管理经验者优先；

2、2年以上工作经验；

3、具备较强的文字撰写能力和较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；工作要求非常细心细致，有非常强的条理性和分析能力。

4、具有良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正，工作细致、认真、负责；

5、英语专业4级以上。
