JOB CONTENT
1. Define the PEP and KPI index for annual target for General Manager
2. Monitor and support other departments for improving PEP and KPI
3. Formulate and adjust the annual budgets to meet the group's requirements
4. Monitor business performance by reviewing financial report and business actions for performance improvement
5. Take appropriate profit-oriented actions in operation and lead the operation departments in achieving the objectives
6. Ensure smooth and effective cooperation for internal department for contributing satisfactory business performance
7. Devise implementation plans to meet Management Requirements
8. Manage and monitor the Sales team to achieve sales targets
9. Devise appropriate pricing strategies regarding the current market environment
10. Evaluate and maintain the optimal stock level
11. Coordinate with group dealer subsidiaries for exchange of stock resources and respond for assistance in clearing stock and taking assigned target quantities
12. Handle customer complaints and monitor the CSI improvement
13. Develop marketing strategies for Sales, Services and Parts Sales
14. Develop management skills of staff in supervisory and managerial level
15. Develop appropriate career path to subordinate to increase employee satisfactions
16. Design appropriate compensation and commission systems to compensate and evaluate employee performance
17. Manage and accomplish the ongoing projects by providing sufficient resources,
18. Gather market information to analyze the current situation including market position of the company, competition, customer structure for identifying company strengths and weaknesses
19. Develop vision of the company and implementation measures for business development
