职位描述
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for SAP purchasing process from local suppliers to USA markets, coordinate delivery and logistics processes, and ensure on-time delivery in reasonable costs.
- Manage demand and supply planning in SAP inter-company transactions to secure on-time delivery, minimize backorders, and optimize logistic and inventory costs for USA customers.
- Evaluate supplier contract compliance and quarterly performance by supplier scorecards to drive continuous improvement on delivery, quality and total costs.
- Monitor and analyze cost drivers in supply market to negotiate annual prices and optimize total cost of ownership.
- Nurture functional collaboration in product lifecycle from supplier sourcing, ramp-up, mass production, to ramp-down and after-sales service.
- Administrate and maintain SAP material masters to ensure up-to-date data and accuracy.
Special Knowledge, skills/education requirements
- At least 3 years procurement / buyer experiences ideally in machinery or manufacturing multi-national companies.
- Solid knowledge of inter-compnay procurement and export regulation.
- Good knowledge of MRP(material requirement planning) and demand planning.
- Excellent MS Excel and familiar with SAP / ERP Material Management and Sales & Distribution.
- Fluent English communication in writing, reading, listening and speaking is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills with great eyes on details.
- Excellent integrity, proactive attitude, communication skills, and independent working.
