KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 关键职责:

1、To facilitate and coordinate the transfer/localization/launching process of new products to CHC HZ site. 指导和组织新产品在杭州CHC工厂的转移/本地化/启动工作。

2、To lead the manufacturing of first 3 industrial batches of new products and their process validation.指导新产品前3批验证批的生产。

3、Be responsible for technical issues occurred in daily production, provide technical support or suggestion to routine production such as technical training, trouble shooting, optimization of process parameters, deviation analysis or change application, testing of new equipment or materials, etc.对日常生产中出现的工艺技术问题，及时给生产提供技术支持，包括技术培训、异常情况分析、工艺或设备相关的工艺参数调整等。

4、To cooperate with QA, Production and other related department for the continuous improvement of the quality of existing products, eliminate or diminish any quality risks. 与QA、生产部以及其它相关部门一起持续改进现有产品的工艺，消除质量风险。

5、Analyze organizational fit and impulse innovative organizational changes at Site level for production and Support Departments. Propose evolutions to reach the best transversal processes across the site. 在工厂层面分析组织状况，推动工厂层面生产和支持部门的创新和变革，建议和推进跨工厂的横向合作与流程再造。

6、Manage the follow-up of the score card / monthly report and performance KPIs, analyze and ensure coordination of action plans regarding major deviations on TRS/OEE, Productivity, Plant Cycle Time, Yields.管理和跟进记分卡，月报和关键绩效指标，分析TRS/OEE，产能，生产周期，产量等指标，并根据差异协调相应的行动计划。

7、Increase performance of site equipment through improvement of existing and / or new design of production means, i.e. monitor the market trend to identify new suppliers and equipment innovation.通过改进现有设备和/或设计新的生产工具，增加工厂设备的效能，跟踪市场发展情况，引进新供应商和了解设备创新。

8、Make proposals to implement the best practices at site level 建议和实施工厂层面的最佳实践。

9、To be actively involved or responsible for the other assigned project. 积极完成其它工厂总监所分配的其他项目。

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 基本要求:

1、knowledge on Pharmaceutical formulation/process/ equipment /technic.具备药物制剂/工艺/设备/技术等相关专业知识。

2、Min. 5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical field.至少有5年以上制药领域工作经验。

3、Experience in industrial pharmaceutical related positions is highly recommended.具有制药工业l领域从事相关岗位实际工作经历者优先考虑。

4、Familiar with GMP/ICH guidelines.熟悉GMP以及药品注册等有关法规。

5、Project management.项目管理技能。

6、Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure and brave to take responsibilities.自我激励，勇于承担责任。

7、Strong service mind. Strong improvement mind.服务意识，强烈的改进意识。

8、Good interpersonal communication. Good command English.较好的人际沟通能力，英语良好。
