岗位职责

1、协助副总经理做好综合管理，协调各部门工作以及处理日常事务；

2、及时收集和了解各部门工作动态，协助副总经理协调各部门之间有关的业务工作，掌握全公司主要工作情况；

3、协助副总经理完成数据分析、工作报告等工作；

4、负责召集公司办公会议和其他有关会议，做好会议记录，并检查督促会议决议的贯彻实施；

5、负责公司组织及参与公司通用管理标准规章制度的拟定、修改和编写工作；

6、完成副总经理交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，英语相关专业，专八优先；

2、有较强的文字功底，熟练操作Office办公软件，懂商务礼仪；

3、具备较强的沟通能力、洞察力及应变能力；

4、工作认真细致，有条理性，具备良好的职业素养和职业操守。

Purolite (China) Co., Ltd. is the wholly-owned company of Purolite Group in China, which is currently one of the world largest multinational corporations specialized in production of ion exchange resin. The Purolite Group has set production base in the US, Romania and China. Every year, it manufactures more than 60,000 tons of various ion exchange resin products.
