Study and development different test methods and intermediate control for the SPS Carrier preparation

研究和开发在固相合成载体制备过程中所采用的不同测试方法以及对中间体的控制手段

In all of the procedure development work, try to save cost, reduce the waste discharge and eliminate the safety risk of the process

在所有工艺开发工作中，尽量减少过程的成本，降低废弃物排放并且消除安全风险

Study the application knowledge of Ion-exchange Resin hence understand the applications and customer requirement

研究固相合成载体的应用知识，并进一步理解应用和客户需求

Do troubleshooting on technical problems if any happens both in customer and company side

对客户和公司处发生的技术问题加以解决

Make samples for fulfilling customer demands

1. 硕士及以上学历，高分子化学/有机化学/应用化学/制药或其他相关专业
2. 具有2-3年相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可；
3. 有在导师/主管指导下开展研发项目的工作经验；
4. 重视团队合作，善于沟通；
5. 良好的英语口语及书写能力。
