【职位描述】

1、全权负责天猫店铺的日常运营工作；

2、制定各个季度的运营规划，把控销售节奏，并负责跟踪执行；

3、货品结构和货品定价进行总体把控，提供反馈建议；

4、从营销的角度，确定店铺视觉框架和风格方向，合理分配流量，并安排美工进行设计；

5、挑选主推产品进行优化包装，确定营销策略，灵活利用各种推广工具和手法将其打爆；

6、合理安排运营助理、美工、和客服的工作，提升团队的工作效率和质量；

【职位要求】

1、2年及以上淘宝/天猫运营经验，能够独立领导天猫店铺的日常运营工作；

2、对消费者心理和需求有一定的洞察能力，能够投其所好制定出相应的营销策略；

3、善于分析行业数据，挑选适销产品并制定精准的销售价格；

4、对视觉营销有一定的把控能力，能够引导美工做出所需的页面效果；

5、熟练直通车、钻展、淘宝客等营销工具，能够灵活的组合运用；

6、有一定的团队管理能力，带领整个团队达成既定目标；

7、较强的沟通协调能力，有很强的责任心和事业心。
