岗位职责：

1、负责及时完成草拟或审核公司合同、对外文书等，防范风险、确保其合理、合法性，维护公司利益、规范管理；

2、负责公司对外和供应商、客户等签订的各种合同的评审，协助公司财务进行疑难应收款的催讨、起诉、审理、执行工作；

3、负责公司日常管理过程中，内部法律法规风险的把控，对公司流程、审批权限等梳理、登记、修改等；

4、负责涉及公司业务的知识产权、专利商标等方面工作的介入，公司内部员工违法、违规的事情的介入及建议；

5、参与公司的分立、合并、投融资、股权转让、招投标等重大经济活动，处理有关法律事务，参与本公司及控股子公司的监督巡查工作；

6、必要时代表公司和公司的法律顾问合作，处理各类法律事宜；

7、协助做好公司各类案件的诉讼和应诉工作，降低公司仲裁、诉讼损失；

8、为公司经营决策、经营活动、项目谈判提供法律支持；

9、完成上级主管交办的其他涉及到法律法规方面的事宜。

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，法律相关专业毕业，通过司法考试；

2、3年以上企业法务工作经验者优先；

3、具备优秀的口头和文字表达能力、较强的分析能力和谈判能力、较好的人际沟通能力及突发事件应变能力；

4、熟悉与公司经营相关的合同法、劳动合同法、知识产权保护相关法律，有软件行业法务工作经验者优先考虑。

5、思维缜密、保密意识强、工作严谨细致，有良好的职业道德。
