岗位职责：

1、贯彻执行公司渠道发展方针政策，制定市场拓展、市场维护及市场规划的目标及政策措施，衔接 、平衡公司发展规划；

2、制定不同时期的商务政策，适应不同时期市场竞争需要；

3、考察、评估新市场，甄选新加盟商，确定优秀加盟商；负责辖区内买手店、集合店的开发及维护；

4、续签到期优质店铺的合同；淘汰、调整不合格的加盟店铺，巩固原有优质加盟店铺，提高加盟店铺质量，增强加盟店铺抗风险能力；

5、负责辖区运动潮牌市场信息的收集及竞争对手的分析；更新和维护客户档案，保持最新最正确的客户信息；

6、每年时装周、订货会的一系列对接工作；

任职要求：

1、熟知全国一二线商圈，较为丰富的商场资源、客户资源；熟悉国内运动潮牌市场；

2、具有两年以上运动潮牌或集合店拓展经验；

3、大专以上学历，有良好的职业操守，综合素质高；

4、熟悉品牌服装加盟流程、商务政策

5、具有一定的市场规划能力

6、优秀的沟通和谈判能力，较强的品牌营运及管理能力；

7、身体健康，能适应经常出差；
