职位描述
岗位职责：
1、完成公司下达的任务与指标，为公司获取足够利益。
2、保障公司的财产以及资金安全。
3、协调人际关系，员工之间保持友好的合作关系，员工对客人保持优质的服务态度。
4、活动的执行与实施，根据需求制定规划，配合团队落实于行动最终达成目标。
5、商品的调配与管理，合理的配置资源。
6、处理反馈回来的意见以及投诉，提升顾客的满意度。
7、根据市场变化，提出合适的策略与建议。
8、对员工进行日常工作评估和考核，表彰优秀员工，督促后进员工。
9、帮助员工提高工作效率，提供正面向上的引导，以及知识技能技巧的教授。
10、店铺环境的维护营造舒适干净的氛围以及设备的维修处理，确保一切运转正常。
任职要求：
1，责任心强，执行力强；
2，熟练EXCEL,WORDD等表格及文档的使用；
3,35岁以下青春，有活力，感染力强等。
