技能要求：

1、通过阿里旺旺和客户沟通，解答客户提出的各种问题，达成交易；

（1）负责收集客户信息，了解并分析客户需求，规划客户服务方案

（2）负责进行有效的客户管理和沟通

 ( 3）定期或不定期进行客户回访，以检查客户关系维护的情况

（4）负责发展维护良好的客户关系

2、负责及时跟踪订单物流动态，及时与顾客沟通，避免顾客的不满；

3、充分了解店铺运营活动的相关规则，并通过语言的组织传播给客户，促成销售。

任职要求：

1、熟悉淘宝、天猫等平台的操作规则，有同岗位工作经验者优先；

2、有较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力和沟通能力；

3、客户服务意识强烈，主动推荐能力强，具备销售思维；

4、打字速度快，60字/分钟以上
