1、建立并完善符合企业实际情况的财务预算、核算体系和财务内控体系，进行有限的内部控制；

2、统筹制定年度资金管理计划及融资工作，承担资金管理、高效运用工作；

3、编制公司年、季度成本、利润、资金、费用等有关的财务利润分析表；

4、审核会计凭证，各项目收支报表及利润表，在考核要求内上报各项报表；

5、对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，对各项税务风险进行总体把控，掌握税务最新动态；

6、定期召开财务人员会议，组织学习财务知识，解决财务核算中存在的问题，提高财务人员工作水平。

任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，财务管理等相关专业，英语六级以上；

2、服装或纺织业相关行业5年以上财务管理岗位工作经验，熟悉掌握企业成本管理体系和全面预算管理体系，中级以上职称；

3、出色的财务分析、融资和资金管理能力，精通公司内部财务核算和控制体系；

4、要求适应能力强，有亲和力，具备较强的责任感与敬业精神；

5、工作富有激情，乐于与公司共发展；

6、良好的沟通能力，英语精通优先，可独立出英语财报。
