1、负责前台接待、电话接转、收发传真、文档复印、快递的收发等工作；

2、协助人事档案的建设及管理，员工入职、离职、调岗、合同签订等手续办理；

3、每月考勤的核对和整理；

4、协助文化活动的组织，如部门聚餐活动、年会、节日福利发放等；

任职要求：

1、18~28岁，身高1.60米以上，大专以上学历；

2、有亲和力、形象好、气质佳，英语口语流利者优先；

3、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；

4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力和团队协作精神。
