1、对天猫平台的营销规划与运营，对销售指标、运营指标的预测与达成，并实时反馈、监督与改进；

2、深刻把握用户心理和商家诉求；分析竞争对手，快速反应市场环境变化并且做出运营策略调整；

3、制定年度、季度运营策略，并具体推动实施；

4、结合年度目标和品牌需求，制定渠道市场活动及推广计划，对线上商城的功能、布局、美观等方面进行改进完善；

5、定期对公司全部线上商城运营参数，如：流量数据、营销数据、交易数据、产品管理、客户管理，市场活动等进行详细的系统分析，并提出改进方案。

【任职资格】

1、大专或以上学历，3年以上电商运营操盘经验，至少3年天猫商城的运营管理工作经验；

2、熟悉天猫商城的操作规范和流程；精通网上销售和购物、推广、优化、维护等技能知识；

3、具备丰富的市场活动策划、品牌运作和监督执行能力；

4、具备良好的数据分析能力和严密的逻辑思维，对行业数据和动态非常敏感，能够敏锐的把握、预测市场动态方向。
