1、每个月出勤以及月末相关表格统计，对员工的福利核定、记载及发放事宜进行初步审核；

2、负责员工考核申诉的处理调查和离职原因分析；

3、负责部门员工个人信息资料和通讯录的统计维护；

4、负责班组/部门活动组织；

5、负责招聘和新员工入职劳动合同签订；

6、对各类用工形式人员五险的缴纳提出相应的缴纳办法，并对缴纳工资基数的申报及调整进行审核；

7、负责公司所有文档、合同、单据的归档；

8、负责公司工伤申报，工伤处理等；

9、负责公司安全监督检查，协助负责安全培训；

10、参与体系审核，资料的前期准备，过程评审，后期整改；

11、负责办公用品的领用和零星采购；

12、上级交代的其他工作。
