1、服装或纺织相关专业毕业，大专以上学历，英语听说读写流利，英语四级以上；
2、3年以上梭织或针织服装外贸工作经验；
3、熟悉服装外贸出口业务各个环节流程，具备相关领域扎实的基础知识；
4、熟悉大货生产的全部过程，有独立操作订单的能力；
5、能准确将客户的意图指示传达给工厂，配合工厂协调好订单安排面、辅料、成衣下单生产等；
6、具有较强的进取精神和团队精神，工作认真，责任心强；
7、工作积极主动，耐心细致，懂服装外贸业务，有良好的的团队合作精神；
8、能熟练运用Office等办公软件，英语熟练，可用英语办公及邮件往来，有外贸业务员工作经历佳
9、良好的沟通协调能力，思路清晰、反应灵敏，能承受一定的工作压力，
10、领导安排的其他工作任务。
