任职资格：

1、淘宝直播或运营经验，熟悉淘宝直播平台；

2、对工作时间（直播场次) 有较高灵活度；

3、工作细致认真，能承受一定的工作压力

岗位职责：

1. 负责直播前准备工作，包括产品.方案.场地灯光等对接工作，直播预告的发布，

2. 配合主播进行产品的讲解、增强粉丝互动，提升直播产出，

3. 负责直播间相关活动的策划和配合，汇报直播官方活动，优化标题，各种直播数据汇总及分析反馈，

4. 负责活跃直播气氛，帮助提升直播销售数据。

 

任职要求：

 

1. 有直播场控工作经验，有带网红达人案例，

2. 了解并熟悉直播运营方式和套路，对粉丝运营有分析和把控能力，对现场突发的情况能随时应变，

3. 良好的语言表达能力和沟通销售技巧，耐心，有亲和力，具备良好的服务意识及团队精神，

4. 对直播感兴趣，性格活泼外向，善于交际，认真踏实，有责任心，

5. 能熟悉操作直播中控台，包括产品的上下架，改价，库存的调整，粉丝福利更新，产品看点，优惠劵上架弹出，素材及贴片的调整更新放置，对场景的灯光调整及摄像头参数调整
