岗位职责：

  一、基础数据管理： 1、负责公司电商数据管理工作，运用数据工具，实现数据的自定义查询和可视展现，为电商运营、商业决策等提供信息和数据支持；
 二、业务运营数据分析：
 1、建立数据监控体系监测行业趋势变化，并能快速总结洞察背后的商业逻辑，洞察商业机会，并提出相应的策略建议，定期输出电商行业市场分析报告，帮助业务部门快速调整运营策略方案，保障业务目标的顺利达成； 2、定期主导电商业务数据整理与复盘，制定相应的指标管理框架，跟踪监测业务指标的达成情况，并以数据为支撑协助领导分析业务中的异常情况；  

任职要求：

1，本科及以上学历，统计学相关专业优先，

2，至少2年以上电商运营数据分析工作经验优先；
